If the stomach gas is more make cinnamon powder add to the warm water.  Also add honey to it and drink early in the morning before taking breakfast. For sure this will give a good improvement. Continue doing it for one month and get rid of gas problem completely.

Cardamom

Cardamom is one of the great spices which can also be use to treat gastric problem. Cardamom usually helps in digestion process. It gives a quick relief from stomach gas. Chew the pods of cardamom daily 2-3 times. If you don’t like to chew then make a cardamom tea and consume it.

Peppermint tea

Drinking of peppermint tea is also a great solution of solving gastric problems. Use peppermint leaves for making tea. You can also add honey for taste and drink this herbal tea 3 times a day. Take peppermint oil in cool water and consume 2 times a day. Get relief from gastric trouble soon.

Coconut water
