The ingredients required are:
- Blended papaya (3 tablespoon)
- Honey ( 1 table spoon)
- Oatmeal (1/3rd cup)
Process
Take all the ingredients as mentioned in a container and mix it well. Make it a paste by using a spoon or hand and make it thick in appearance. Now, apply the mask over your face in such a way that it covers all parts of the face. Leave the face mask for a period of 10 minutes and then rinse off. Use warm water to rinse the mask from the face exclusively.
Lemon and oatmeal mask
The lemon juice is really effective in cleansing the skin of an individual. You can now make a wonderful mask with the oatmeal as well as lemon to get a clear face and fresh skin. Since lemon juice has natural astringent properties, it will b a wonderful ingredients for oily skin. It also has anti inflammatory properties is really effective in deep cleaning of skin.
Ingredients required
- Lemon juice
- Oat meals
- Honey
- Flour
Process
It will be really great if you can use a coffee grinder or normal grinder to make a paste out of the ingredients mentioned in the list. You need to fresh lemon juice of 1 teaspoon, one teaspoon of oat and two tablespoon of honey and mix it really well. If possible use a grinder. If you feel the paste is too thick, use a spoon of honey more to get a desired consistency.
Once the mask it ready, apply it over your face after cleaning your face and with clean finger. You need to keep the mask for a period of 15 minutes and then wash away with the Luke warm water. Then wipe it over with the help of a wet wash cloth and then apply a mild moisturizer.
Honey and nutmeg
Since the combination of honey and nutmeg has natural anti inflammatory properties, you can get a wonderful benefit by reducing redness as well as irritation in your skin. Swelling will also be reduced.

- Honey ( 2 table spoon)
- Cinnamon ( 1 spoon)
- Nutmeg ( 1 teaspoon)
Procedure
Mix all these ingredients really well in a container and get the consistency quite thick. You can also mix few drops of water if it is thick. Now apply it over your face and keep it for 30 minutes. Remove it with luke warm water.

Brightening
Clean your face by washing in cold water. After cutting a slice of ripe papaya, remove the seeds and pulp. Rub the inside of the papaya peel on your cleansed face by focusing on lines around the mouth and eyes, crow’s feet, thinning temples, neck and hands. Let it dry for 15 to 20 minutes, before rinsing off with tepid water. This mask can be done twice a week for better result. The enzymes in papaya help to exfoliate, repair sun damage, and diminish age spots. Your skin will look brighter, with more smooth effect.
Exfoliating
Prepare thick paste of oatmeal, using less water than called for. Mix 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon olive oil. Next, add the honey and olive oil mixture to the cooked oatmeal. Use it as a scrub, gently rub it on your skin, and care must be taken to avoid the eye area. Let it dry before rinsing off with warm water. This mask can be done twice weekly.
Cleansing
For clean skin, mix 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt with 2 tea spoon olive oil and 1/2 tea spoon lemon oil, which is an essential oil that are available from the food stores. The mixture should be in a runny paste form but not easily poured out. Apply it to the skin and then immediately wipe it off with a washcloth which was soaked in tepid water. Do it daily for good result.

Lift and Tighten
Clean your face and neck first. Now mix 2 tablespoon plain yogurt with 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice, the juice of one lemon. Apply it your skin gently. Remain it there for 20 to 30 minutes. After sometime you may start to feel like the mask got tighten on your face and neck, which creates a lifting and firming effect. Leave it on for 1 hour, if you need more face-lifting effects. After 1 hour you can rinse your face with tepid water followed by a cool rinse. This mask can be applied two to three times a week or whenever you feel like you need a face lift. Allow the seeds to steep for 10 minutes and then let it cool down to room temperature. Now combine 1Tablespoon of the fennel tea with 1 Tablespoon ground oatmeal and 1 Tablespoon honey. Clean your face and apply the mixture and leave on for 20 minutes. Now rinse with tepid water followed by a cool rinse. This mask can be done twice weekly for moisturized skin.
